To better serve our community we offer FREE self defense classes with 6 or more people in attendance. 

We offer guidance on how to be more aware of your surroundings, how to report abuse, how to avoid or get out of situations you're not comfortable with and so much more.

There are two types of classes we offer:

Children: We help them understand what is/isn't acceptable touch and how to inform a trusted adult.

Teens - Adults: We go over relationship boundaries and unwanted touch.

We have also worked with large groups such as Girl Scouts and high school graduates going off to college. 

**Although the class is free, if you cancel less than 24 hours before class there will be a $30 charge
