Tigers

The Tiger program, developed specifically for preschool and early elementary aged children, offers a strong foundation in essential character qualities such as courtesy, respect, and discipline. In addition, the program is designed to improve children's motor skills and enhance their ability to pay attention and follow directions.

The rank and testing system used by the Tigers is different than Juniors. Tigers earn animal patches, belts, and headbands.

JUNIORS

Our Juniors program is for our students who are 8-12 years old.

Our classes teach confidence, situational awareness, self defense techniques and so much more. Taekwondo helps to build mental strength and toughness through classes, testings and tournaments. Our instructors embody the grit required to be successful in life, and our students model this behavior and set the example for others.

Our students perform a series of forms/poomsae as well as sparring and weapons to advance to each new rank.

TEENS

Our teen classes provide fitness, self discipline, and a structured environment productive to building up the important skills our teens need today.

Confidence can help teens resist peer pressure and bullying. Spacial awareness and self defense skills are emphasized. Our instructors partner with our student's parents to help support the lessons you are instilling in your children at home.
